These terms cover Agent Notch and Agent Notch Pro, made by Aditya Arya, an individual developer based in India ("I", "me"). By using the app or buying Pro, you agree to them.
Agent Notch (free)
The free app is open source under the MIT License. That license, not these terms, governs your use of its source code.
Agent Notch Pro
- Pro is a one-time purchase that adds features on top of the free app. There is no subscription and nothing renews.
- Each license key can be activated on up to two of your own computers. Please don't share or resell license keys.
- Prices are shown before you pay. A price may change for new buyers; it never changes for a purchase you've already made.
Payments
Orders are processed by Dodo Payments, the merchant of record, which handles billing, taxes and invoices. Its buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

How the app works with your AI tools
Agent Notch shows usage for AI coding tools you already use, with your own accounts. It isn't made by or affiliated with Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Cursor, xAI or any other provider. Usage numbers come from each provider and may be delayed or wrong. Providers can change their systems at any time, which may stop a gauge from working until the app is updated. You're responsible for following each provider's terms.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. I work to keep it accurate and running, but I can't promise it will be error-free or always available.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the app. My total liability for Pro is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending access
I may suspend a license that's being shared, resold or used to abuse the service. If I ever stop selling Pro, licenses already bought keep working.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
